Innovative and forward-thinking, Michael is a seasoned professional. With a unique blend of Cyber Security, Military Service and Operations Management experience. Known for a keen ability to solve complex problems he has consistently delivered impact-full solutions that drive the growth, efficiency and culture of the business.
After earning a BSc First Class Honours in Cyber Security & Networking from Teesside University, Michael continued his career founding Xploit in 2022, where he has developed his passion for people management, business development and problem solving.
Beyond professional pursuits, Michael is an advocate for serving & Ex-Serving personal, believing that that the world class training providing by HM Military, gives individuals a unique set of personality traits, where grit and determination over power comfort-ability - making them high performing employees within civilian roles.
In his downtime, Michael enjoys spending times with his family, getting out and visiting National Trust & English Heritage sites with his two boys and his partner.
